Job Description:

The Territory Sales Manager will be a critical part of the Wholesale, reporting to the Vice President of Wholesale. In this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with Dealer customers. Analyzes sales, volume, retail standards, and pricing in order to coach customers for maximum business

results. This person also maintains communications between customers and the company in order to ensure company standards and expectations are met. This is a field based position.

“Gauges” of Responsibility

  • Develop and nurture strong customer contacts and positive, proactive and profitable business relationships
  • Monitor and coach dealers on pricing and awareness of competition pricing. Monitor dealer competitive map and add new competition as needed. Validate all internal reports are accurate pricing and competition
  • Establish and maintain a client focused relationship with company and customer. Ensure customer needs are met in timely manner
  • Business analysis with volume, mystery shops in order to maximize profirability and build loyalty
  • Ensure on time deliveries and establish the benefits of automatic delivery. Open communication line with dispatch team
  • Manage franchise agreements and ensure all proper documents signed and submitted timely. Manage dealer changes, assignments and sales
  • Cold calling and continuous market development
  • Additional repsonsibilites would be conducting site surveys, ensure signage and point of sale materials are updated and maintained. Ensure PCI and EMV compliance at your sites as well
  • Provide weekly market updates and competitive intelligence on pricing and supply issues
  • Work with credit team to set up new accounts and maintain existing accounts

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with 2 years of site level or marketing business operations experience. Project management skills and ability to develop strategy, budget and brand management
  • Effective time management and ability to multitask
  • Familiar with Microsoft office

Education Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge preferred
